Peagan Perez Pulgar is a Paralegal at Bassey Immigration Law Center, P.A., originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela. She is an attorney in her home country and a Notary Public in Florida, currently pursuing her law degree at the University of San Diego School of Law to become a licensed attorney in the United States.
Having lived in the U.S. for over nine years, Peagan’s passion for immigration law comes from her own experience and that of her family. This personal journey gives her a deep understanding of the challenges immigrants face and inspires her to approach each case with empathy, professionalism, and genuine care.
Her work primarily focuses on Adjustment of Status, Residences, Special Visas, Family Petitions, and Citizenships, where she combines her legal expertise and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to ensure every client feels informed, supported, and valued throughout their process.
Family and love are very important to Peagan. She believes that spending quality time with loved ones gives her strength and motivation to help others every day. Outside of the office, she is a proud wife and daughter who enjoys traveling, learning about new cultures, and sharing time with family and friends, embracing every opportunity to connect and grow through meaningful experiences.
