They must have worked as a manager or executive, and the position they apply for must be the same.
There are also work visas that cover medical professionals. Particularly, if an area is having a health crisis and do not have enough care providers, nurses can travel under a specific visa. Likewise, religious figures also have their own visa category. Some visa applicants get priority over the others, but all of these visa types are valid for use.
