Nicole Castellanos works at Bassey Immigration Law Center as a Legal Assistant and also manages marketing. Nicole is fluent in English and Spanish. She is a first generation American in her Colombian family but raised in Colombia as well. She is based in our Tampa office. She assists clients with Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) Petitions, Application for Asylum and Withholding of Removal, and Naturalization, applying for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Employment Authorization Documents (Work Permits), Adjustment of Status (Green Card) and Petition for U Nonimmigrant Status (U Visa Petitions).
In her free time Nicole enjoys traveling, meeting new people and music. She loves to spend time with her family and her pets. Nicole saw her family go through the immigration process themselves which is why she is so motivated and passionate about helping others in this situation.
