Emily is a Paralegal with Bassey Immigration Law Center. Emily is fluent in English and Spanish. She is a first generation American in her Mexican family born and raised in Southwest Florida. She is based in our Tampa office. She assists clients with Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) Petitions, Application for Asylum and Withholding of Removal, and Naturalization, applying for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Employment Authorization Documents (Work Permits), Adjustment of Status (Green Card) and Petition for U Nonimmigrant Status (U Visa Petitions).
In her free time Emily enjoys traveling, the beach and going out experiencing different cultures. She loves to spend time with her family and her partner. Emily loves working on numerous and diverse clients as this gives her insight to various cultures and experiences.
